These Raspberry and Biscoff yogurt bars are our latest obsession — created by @jemma.nutritionist and perfect for when you want something light and satisfying.
Each bar is just 50 calories and packs in 6.3g of protein — making it a smarter choice for dessert, snack time, or that afternoon sweet fix. They’re creamy, fruity, with just the right crunch from the Biscoff on top
INGREDIENTS
- 80g Frozen Raspberries
- 25g GoGood Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
- 250g Greek yogurt
- 10g Sugar-free pudding mix
- 2 Biscoff biscuits
- 2 tsp Desiccated Coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Combine yogurt, protein powder, and pudding mix.
- Stir in raspberries and spread into a small lined dish.
- Chop the biscuits into small pieces and sprinkle on top along with the coconut.
- Freeze till solid (at least 6 hours overnight).
- Defrost for a few minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Store in the freezer (thaw for a few minutes before eating).
