Shipping times & policy

All orders before 3PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

International policy

All international orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Zealand.

Typical international delivery time is 5 days. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for international orders to arrive. 

Please note: On rare occasions, customs agents may inspect or delay the delivery of consignments at their discretion. For some countries there may be an import duty or customs fee incurred upon entry. This is not in the control of Go Good and will be dependent on your country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. Go Good cannot mark any packages as a 'gift' in order to avoid customs duties and fees.

Please be advised that Go Good is not responsible for taxes and / or duties or any brokerage and / or delivery fees applied to international orders.

New Zealand delivery times

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.

For orders taking longer than expected to arrive

  1. Check any confirmation correspondence from Go Good in your inbox or junk folder
  2. Identify tracking status and updates.
  3. Check delivery details are correct
  4. Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phonecalls.
  5. Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

NEW ZEALAND REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns Policy

If you’re not satisfied then neither are we. We offer unconditional returns on all unopened purchases made through our online store.

Note: Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part, all returns need to be paid for by the customer. 

Please inspect the goods carefully before signing and accepting. If the goods arrive in a damaged state contact us immediately and we will rectify any issues. All items damaged in transit are covered by our courier insurance.

Any opened product will not be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. If this is the case then a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Incorrect Orders

Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs.

We reserve the right to request incorrect or defective orders to be returned to Go Good at our expense and may ask for photo evidence via email for proof that the item is either damaged or defective as a condition of refund.

How to return goods

To organise a replacement or return your product please contact us directly at hello@gogood.co.nz - we are available 7 days per week. You should expect to receive a same-day response.

We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Only once returned goods are received and inspected by Go Good a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.

Please note we can only issue a refund to credit cards and accounts that were used to make the purchase.
