- 40g Frozen Banana
- 40g Frozen Blueberries
- 40g Frozen Boysenberries
- 40g Frozen Dates
- 1 scoop of Go Good Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- ½ cup lite coconut cream
- Pure Delish raspberry and maple nut no-grain-ola
- Pics crunchy peanut butter
- Fresh seasonal fruit
- Pinch of coconut shreds, chia seeds or dried raspberry
